Good deal on a mouse

I was looking for a new gaming mouse and saw Alt Customs had a sale on their wireless gaming mice. I snagged one with a small discount. The price was competitive, and it arrived quickly, took about 4 days to reach Austin. It's comfortable and responsive. The only thing is I wish it came with more color options, but for the price, it was a good buy.

Always reliable for keycaps

I've ordered from Alt Customs a few times now, mostly for keycap sets. This last time I got a set of their PBT keycaps. Like before, the order process was smooth and they arrived within a week. The quality is consistent with my previous purchases; the legends are sharp and they feel good to type on. I keep coming back because their selection for PBT is pretty solid. The packaging was a bit excessive for just keycaps, but everything arrived safe.

Custom keyboard experience was okay

I finally decided to get a full custom gaming keyboard, and I picked Alt Customs for it. The customization tool on their site was pretty decent, letting me choose the layout, switches, and keycaps. I went with a 60 percent keyboard with some tactile switches and PBT keycaps. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, around 10 days to get to me in California, which was a bit of a drag when I was excited for it. The packaging was good though, everything arrived safely. The keyboard itself is well-built, feels sturdy, and types great. The optical switches are super responsive in games. I also got a coiled keyboard cable which was a nice touch. Support was responsive when I asked about my order status after a week. Overall, happy with the product, just wish shipping was a tad faster.

Decent custom keyboard experience

I bought a custom gaming keyboard from Alt Customs, specifically a TKL model with linear switches. The customization process on their site was straightforward, letting me pick keycaps and even switch lubrication. Shipping took about 8 days to get to me in Oregon, which felt a bit long but it was well-packaged. The keyboard itself felt solid; the build quality was good. My only small issue was the RGB lighting software was a little clunky to figure out at first. Support replied to my email about it within a day, which was helpful. Overall, I got a quality product, but the software could be more intuitive.

Good quality, slow shipping

I bought a set of PBT keycaps and a custom coiled keyboard cable. The keycaps feel great and look exactly as pictured, which was a relief. The cable is also high quality and matches my setup well. However, the shipping took longer than expected; it was supposed to be 5-7 days but ended up taking 10 days to reach me in Florida. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, but it was still a bit frustrating. Good products, but they could improve on delivery times.

Good switches, quick shipping

I ordered some linear switches from here last week. They got to me in about 4 days, which was pretty fast. The switches feel good, a nice upgrade for my old keyboard. No complaints really, solid experience.

Solid experience, good keyboard

I ordered a custom 60 percent keyboard last month. The online configurator was pretty intuitive, letting me pick the case, switches (went with linear), and a dye-sublimated keycap set. It took about 3 days to process before shipping, which was clearly stated on their site. Delivery to California was quick, arriving in 4 business days. The packaging was robust, everything arrived undamaged. The keyboard itself feels very well-built; the keys are stable and the stabilizers are well-lubed right out of the box, which I appreciate. Only minor point is the software for RGB customization could be a bit more user-friendly, but once set, it's fine. Overall, a smooth purchase and I'm happy with the quality for the price.

Reliable for keycaps and accessories

I've bought from Alt Customs a few times now, mostly for keycaps and smaller accessories. This time I picked up a set of dye-sublimated keycaps and a keycap puller. Like always, the order process was smooth and the items arrived without any issues. The keycaps are good quality, thick PBT, and the legends are sharp. I appreciate that they've been consistent with their shipping times for me, usually getting stuff within a week. Their stuff always fits my Cherry MX compatible board perfectly, which is why I keep coming back.
